Moderator: Is it really that difficult to answer such a question? Could you at least give some hints? It’s urgent! ! The evaporation rate is low now. “We have taken over a state-owned enterprise now.” Their triple-effect evaporators are imported, and there is no information available regarding them. After a rough calculation, the area of the first-effect heat exchanger is approximately 200 square meters, that of the second effect 180 square meters, and that of the third effect 200 square meters. What is the evaporation capacity of evaporators of this type? Are there specific calculation formulas? Even experience points will do? The evaporation temperature is required to be no higher than 60 degrees”
Vacuum level: 0.094, vapor temperature: 190 degrees, water and organic acids! I will reply as soon as possible if any further conditions are needed! Thank you all
It first depends on the type of evaporator. In the case of natural circulation, the evaporation rate will definitely not be that high; with forced circulation, it’s more or less the same. You can calculate it based on the evaporation rate. If you have any specific questions, feel free to send me an email – I’ll definitely answer them. My email address is guojiajin@163.com. If you’re planning to undertake a project and need to select equipment, please let me know regarding the evaporation and drying equipment as well. I hope we can work together someday.
Hello! I would like to ask whether it is feasible to use medium-pressure steam (2.0 MPa) as the heating steam, with a three-effect counter-current feeding system and negative pressure applied in the last effect; the raw material is 40% calcium nitrate, the outlet temperature is 120 degrees, and the concentration is 82% ? ? ? Thank you so much!
Hello, I have a three-effect evaporator that needs to be modified. Can we work together on this?
