It is necessary, and it should also be possible to connect a large drain line to the coke tank on the bypass line; for example, if there is coking in the equipment or pipelines in front of the oil dumping tank, it is important to prevent coke particles from entering that tank during cleaning operations. In addition, a bypass line for the oil dumping tank is very useful in abnormal situations.
