After the pump starts, check the motor: the bearing temperature must not exceed 70°C, and the stator temperature must not exceed 65°C. The vibration of the pump shall comply with relevant regulations. The centrifugal pump is tested under load. Before starting the centrifugal pump under load, all coupling bolts should be tightened ; Start the lubricating oil and cooling water systems ; Open the pump inlet valve to fill the pump with liquid, close the pump outlet valve, and open the exhaust valve to remove all air ; The cranking should feel light and smooth.
