Let me start with my own example: In 2006, our 450,000-ton FDFCC–3 unit experienced abnormal behavior while operating smoothly. Both devices experienced severe overall shaking. The horizontal displacement of the riser reached 20 centimeters. The bed temperature of the regenerator dropped rapidly, and the catalyst samples showed poor charring. Reducing the feed rate did not result in any significant change in the adjustment of the external heat exchanger. Because there is concern that the vibration of the two devices could cause the pipeline welds to crack. The device was shut down urgently. And it was determined to be a fault in the main air distribution duct. Three days later, the regenerator manhole was opened to confirm the judgment. The large cap of the main air distribution duct has completely detached. I hope everyone will speak up actively. Thank you!
