Pure water has a wide range of uses: 1 it is especially needed for resin towers during acid and alkali regeneration. It is used when adding acid to the 2-slot anode solution. 3. When parking, the anode and cathode of the electrolyzer should be cleaned with pure water.
Pure water should also be used for the anode feed during driving, and it can be utilized in case of problems with the electrolyzer as well
There is also the seal water for all pumps. During shutdown, brine and pure water are fed into the electrolyzer circulation via ZV241 in proportion
Additional uses of pure water: 1. Diluting hydrochloric acid in tanks; 2. Brine in refrigeration cycles; 3. Used for soaking and washing membranes; 4. Cooling water for electrolyzer pumps; 5. Cooling water for rectification processes; 6. Producing high-purity acid from hydrochloric acid; 7. Water for laboratory analysis
Add high-purity water to the cathode solution; water used in the production of high-purity hydrochloric acid; water for regenerating ion exchange resins; water for cooling rectifiers; water for use in laboratories, cell assembly, and other purposes; water for sealing pumps. It can also be used to clean rice bowls, haha~~
