In chemical production, what are the typical temperature and pressure of boiler feed water?
Our typical boiler feedwaters are: 40 degrees, 1.2 MPa; 105 degrees, 4.0 MPa.
It depends on the steam generation pressure of your boiler; is there no preheater for the inlet water temperature?
The temperature and pressure of the boiler feed water depend on the pressure and temperature of the steam generated by the boiler. Generally, the temperature at the outlet of the deaerator is around 104 degrees, and the feed water pump and heat exchanger are selected based on specific conditions.
The boiler water comes out of the deaerator at a temperature of around 104 degrees, and then it is pumped to various boilers using several pumps. The pressure of the boiler water supplied to each boiler varies depending on the pressure level of steam produced by that boiler. Our plant uses three different pressure levels: 1.1 MPA, 1.85 MPA, and 5.7 MPA
The pressures are as follows: 3 MPaG to conversion, 5.2 MPaG to gasification, and 0.8 MPaG for low-pressure steam
One method is for the boiler water to come out of the atmospheric deaerator at a temperature of around 105°C; if it does not pass through a heat exchanger, it is directly pumped into the waste boiler, with pressures commonly ranging from 0.8, 1.5, 3.0, to 4.4 MPaG. But this does not make full use of the heat from the transformation. To make full use of the heat, it is best to start from the deaerator, pass it through a heat exchanger to raise the water temperature slightly, and then send it to the waste boiler. The heating temperature is determined by taking into account the balance of the process flow and the economic benefits of the heat exchange equipment as a whole.
Around 103-105 degrees; the pressure is determined by the gas generation pressure, with the typical range being 3.5-4.2 mPa
Deaerators generally use low-pressure steam with a pressure rating of 0.46~! The temperature of each pump is over 100 degrees! The deaerator is a low-pressure device, so its temperature doesn’t get very high~! The temperature of the water supplied to various boilers mainly depends on the pressure rating of the pump~! Heat generated during the pump’s pressure increase process
