Over the years, I have strived diligently in my profession; I don’t know how much effort I’ve put in, and as a result, my skills have improved. In one sentence: The friendliness of a profession determines your work enthusiasm and professional competence.

Hehe, whether there’s a good relationship depends on your salary and the benefits you receive. It’s about whether you can accept the conditions offered by your company; if you can’t even accept the salary, then there’s no point talking about a good relationship – it’s just a sign of rebelliousness. Also, does the leader value you? What’s your work environment? Wait, haha – our forum is mainly focused on chemicals, industrial equipment, machinery, etc.; it’s not like forums related to literature or art, where there’s a sense of closeness among members. . .
Indeed, if one is constantly unhappy at work, it’s very distressing; if one isn’t happy at all, then it’s time to change jobs. To work happily, one should love what they do.
If you don’t lack money, you have the opportunity to choose a job you like. If you do lack money, then it doesn’t matter what kind of job it is, as long as the pay is good and it’s a legitimate industry; anything will do, since we’re not short of money. :(
