Some forums have only 3 moderators. If one of them is busy or irresponsible, it puts excessive pressure on the other moderators, leading to inadequate management, a deserted forum, or chaotic administration! I hope the leader will consider increasing the number of moderators. Additionally, I think the standards for technical experts should be raised – it’s better to have fewer but better ones; only those who can contribute to HaiChuan and truly possess the necessary skills should take on these roles!
Each subreddit has the authority to recruit moderators; if a suitable candidate is found, they can apply to join with the approval of the subreddit’s moderator. About five moderators per edition is a suitable number.
It’s not very appropriate to specify how many moderators each forum should have, as the number of posts posted per day in each forum varies, and thus the amount of management required also differs. The number of board owners should be determined based on post counts over a period of time.
Moderators are mainly determined based on the number of posts posted; it is possible to appoint two additional full-time moderators. Those who do not meet the requirements by the end of the month can have their moderator status revoked
