Do chemical plants have holidays?

Our company has no holidays, nor triple pay! It’s a private enterprise! What should I do? I wonder what other companies are like?
Those on shift definitely don’t have holidays, after all, the equipment keeps running non-stop.
We are allowed to take one day off per month due to our shift rotation. For regular day shifts, one usually works 6 days a week.
We are also a private company, but employees on regular shifts get time off on **legal holidays, and those on shift rotations receive overtime pay as usual.
