The urea melting pumps produced by Xi’an Pump and Valve Factory have O-ring seals on the shaft sleeves and the end faces of the impellers. After operating for a certain period of time, the locking nuts of the impellers tend to loosen, and the sealing rings age easily. How can this be resolved?
The easy aging of the sealing O-ring indicates that the material of the seal does not suit the operating conditions; it is advisable to consult a professional seal distributor before making a decision.
