What is the best software for drawing chemical process flow diagrams?

It seems complicated to use CAD for this; I have to draw the equipment each time. Is there any software that can show the general structure of such equipment?
Those that need to be customized in CAD are created by oneself for personal use

There is a PID software in the Coade series of programs, which should be able to draw flowcharts.
