Heat exchanger leak repair

The gasket of the heat exchanger is leaking – how to stop the leak? Welding poses a risk of cracking the disc; if riveted, it isn’t very strong. Do you have any other good suggestions?
Make some U-shaped grooves in the ceiling panel (management panel); this not only enhances the resistance to detachment during expansion joining but also helps to prevent leaks effectively
I haven’t dealt with this issue yet; some veteran workers might know. You can go and ask them!
I don’t come across many such problems, so I think it’s necessary to choose the appropriate welding method and control the temperature during the operation.
