*The global economic crisis has been ongoing for half a year now. Has your company been significantly affected, and have you personally suffered any consequences? In such a crisis situation, what approach do you choose to take? What kind of preparations have been made, or are being made? My company is currently facing the awkward situation of reduced salaries and more working hours; it’s like an old ox struggling to survive, eagerly awaiting a recovery in the macroeconomy. It’s really frustrating!
It will definitely be affected. Salaries haven’t been impacted yet, but bonuses are gone. In state-owned enterprises, there is nothing but to wait; there’s no other option, unless you are part of the decision-making level and can find ways to deal with the situation. It’s hard to find a job these days; if you have the ability, you can start your own company and be your own boss. That way, one can strive without any constraints.

It’s a good time to relax both body and mind, strengthen theoretical knowledge in one’s field of work, and find time to read some favorite literary works.
