What does the rated output of a deaerator refer to?
It refers to the rated flow rate of the deaerator nozzle when in operation. Output is just a term used in the industry. Just as we call millimeters \"mi mao\".
Thank you; “mi mao” means millimeters! For our steel plates that are 3 mm thick, the workers often say they are 3 layers thick!
Rated output refers to the flow rate of water processed by the deaerator under rated operating conditions; this flow rate is the sum of the flow rate of water being processed and the flow rate of heating steam. It is generally expressed in T/H.
The rated output actually refers to the deaerator output specified on the nameplate, that is, the deaerator’s water supply capacity. There are also maximum output and actual output. The rated output depends on the boiler’s output, and is generally greater than that of the boiler.
