What is the description of the valve model? ?

Today I saw written on the valve “ASME, 150LB, DN50”. 150LB is the notation used in the American standard, while DN50 is the notation used in the European standard. Why are these two notations shown together? Why not “ASME, ,,150LB,,,,2”" ”
These must be American-standard valves manufactured domestically.
In such a situation, it’s clear that the valve factory is not legitimate, as a proper factory would generally not make such mistakes. It is recommended to check whether it is OEM
