What anti-corrosion measures are generally used for the floors in chemical plants?
We use fiberglass as a base layer, and then cover it with marble or acid-resistant porcelain tiles; this is the method we usually employ
1. Apply the epoxy primer in two coats to allow it to penetrate the surface of the cement floor, thereby preventing the backing fabric from peeling off. 2. Use the intermittent lining method to apply two layers of glass cloth; for each layer, the pores and burrs must be removed and the areas filled in with putty. 3. Apply one coat of epoxy topcoat.
