What does \"symmetric balanced type, six-stage three-level compression\" mean? How are the columns and rows divided here? It’s like the 3rd Plenary Session of the 16th Party Committee – what do “session” and “plenary session” mean? Can anyone explain that clearly? :loveliness:

A symmetric balance configuration refers to cylinders that are arranged symmetrically; 6 columns mean 6 cylinders, and 3-stage compression means that 3 of the cylinders are compression cylinders, while the rest are circulation cylinders
LZ is being too modest; everyone has their own area of expertise – it’s just a matter of different specialties. In reciprocating compressors, there is the symmetric balance type: the centerlines of the cylinders are all parallel to the horizontal plane, the number of columns is even, cylinders and driving components are distributed on both sides of the crankshaft centerline, and the cranks of opposite columns are 180° apart from each other; the pistons move in opposite directions at equal speeds. The number of columns refers to the number of cylinder centerlines, which is also the number of connecting rods. It is recommended that the original poster read more about the basic structure and fundamental knowledge of reciprocating compressors. There are things that, if you haven’t seen them, it’s indeed difficult to connect the relevant knowledge; that’s okay. Plus, if it’s not closely related to work, then it’s purely amateur learning, which shows a willingness to make progress.
In reply to the person on floor 6: the six columns do not refer to six cylinders; it can be simply said that they represent six connecting rods. In our factory’s 6M32 model, there are 2 cylinders per column. Those who work in technical fields should avoid making assumptions without proper consideration
