The output of the differential pressure transmitter is 8 mA, but on the host computer, the value displayed by the card is half of the full scale. What could be the reasons for this?

Locate the corresponding measurement point number on the DCS system terminal block, remove one wire, and use a multimeter to check whether the current is 8 mA. If it is, the issue lies in the DCS configuration; if not, the wiring and the primary meter need to be checked.
