Our facility currently uses a shift system of \"five shifts and three rotations,\" but we are planning to trial a new system of \"six shifts, three rotations, and one training period.\" Some colleagues work in organizations that use this system – how does it work there? What are the employees’ reactions? Please share your insights!

We work in shifts of four hours, two shifts per day; your shift system of six hours, three shifts per day must be similar to ours, as both involve working 12 hours at a time. Personally, I think it’s better than the system of five hours, three shifts per day! Travelling across the province in the middle of the night just to go to work!
When I first started working, the shift system was four shifts per week with three shifts each; ever since then it has been five shifts per week with three shifts each. This is the first time I’ve heard of such a shift pattern – I’ve learned about it, and if I have any experience, I’d be happy to share it.
What is the OP in a special industry? Is it still a state-owned enterprise? Shift 5, 3 shifts per week? Shift 6, 3 shifts per week? That’s so awesome!
It is a state-owned enterprise under CNPC; at present its name has not yet been finalized, and it is currently in the stage of gathering opinions from various parties. Thank you all!
With six shifts and one training session each, that would be 7 groups; it should be five shifts with one training session each. If there are 7 shifts, one would have to work two fewer months per year.
We are now on a five-shift, three-shift rotation. The reason for changing it to “Six shifts, three rotations, and one training session” is that the factory probably intends to use this “one training session” to address the issue of employees not being able to take their paid leave all at once.
Previously it was five shifts with three rotations, later it was changed to four shifts with three rotations, and now it is four shifts with two rotations. Two hours of rest can be taken at night
Our factory conducted a survey on this issue a few days ago; about 20% of the people were against it, as the existing on-the-job allowance would no longer be provided during the \"training\" period..
