Accelerate the development of transportation infrastructure at the base. For the renovation of the Sanjiang-Wansheng-Nanchuan Railway, the approach via Ganshui is proposed. At the same time, the Guanbaba Highway in Wansheng will be upgraded and connected to the highway, thereby providing transportation support for the coal chemical industrial park. 　　 IV. Support the self-development of the park. The taxes generated by the coal chemical industry base over 10 years can be used to improve the infrastructure there and to support faster financing for the base ； At the same time, Wansheng Power Plant is planned to be integrated as a power plant for use by the coal chemical industry base, thereby providing support for the development and strengthening of the base.
