China National Coal Group’s planning goal for the next five years is “22255”, meaning that coal production should reach 200 million tons ； Total assets reach 200 billion yuan (corresponding to sales revenue of 150 billion yuan) ； Achieve a profit of 20 billion yuan ； Five major coal industry bases have been established in Shanxi, Jiangsu, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia (Yulin), and Xinjiang ； A development pattern featuring coordinated growth of the five key industries—coal production, coal chemical processing, power generation, coal machinery manufacturing, and coal mine construction—will be established, enabling the company to rank among the world’s leading coal enterprises and to become a large-scale energy group with international competitiveness. A responsible official from China National Coal Group said that this year, the group will strengthen cooperation with provinces, cities, and enterprises rich in coal resources, accelerate the joint transformation of local coal mines in designated coal development areas, speed up the exploration of overseas resources, and strive to achieve the goal of adding 10 billion tons of new coal resources by the end of the year.
