Leakage at the top of the furnace

Recently, while reorganizing the flushing process pipelines on the four-in-one furnace roof, water spilled onto the roof and then seeped into the furnace chamber. I wonder if anyone else has encountered this issue; I heard that it seems there was a section on the roof that wasn’t welded properly. Do the people working on the construction know about it?
If there is little water, it won’t happen; too much water was sprinkled.
