Ma’anshan Dongsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. is offering for sale or transfer its complete set of sulfuric acid production equipment. Located in Xiangshan Town, Yushan District, Ma’anshan City, Anhui Province, the company was established in 1999 and is a private enterprise. The 60kt/a sulfuric acid production plant uses pyrite as the raw material, employs a boiling furnace for roasting, and purification through wet-bubbling-electrolytic pickling, following a two-turn (3+2) two-absorption process. The plant is equipped with a waste heat boiler (evaporation capacity Q=4.5 t/h, steam temperature t=450°C, steam pressure 3.82 MPa), along with a 750 kW waste heat generator set; its production equipment is advanced and features a high degree of automation. When the sulfuric acid market is doing well, everyone is very happy; but when the market is poor... being a boss isn’t easy either.
From state-owned enterprise reforms to private enterprises, and then to their disappearance, I have witnessed all the ups and downs of this production line over the past fifteen years.

These things need to be built in other locations, which is too troublesome; it’s best to set them up locally
Sulfuric acid equipment must not be left idle, otherwise it will end up as a pile of scrap after some time. What a pity!
