Colleagues, our company needs to purchase a batch of valves, including globe valves, ball valves, rubber-lined diaphragm valves, gate valves, steam traps, and so on. Which domestic manufacturers produce valves that offer better performance? Thank you!
For rubber-lined diaphragm valves, I’m not sure whether the owner is looking for metal or plastic versions. If it’s a metal version, Shangval Fifth Factory is a good option; for plastic versions, I have ones that are originally from Germany (at a relatively high price). As for general-purpose valves such as stop valves, gate valves, and steam traps, brands like Zhejiang Jiangnan, Zhejiang Berthold, and Zhejiang Chaoda are available~~~ This post was last edited by bingyu252 on 2009-4-11 at 12:52
I have used many valves in the industry of instruments and custom equipment in the past, and overall, I find that Fengqi’s products are of better quality. Supplier’s QQ: 873225070. You can get in touch with them; the cost-performance ratio is quite good. The key is that the quality is good.
Zhejiang and Jiangsu both have many excellent valve manufacturing factories, and Shanghai also has quite a number of them, such as Lianggong, Shangfa, Sufa, etc
Some of the better valve manufacturers in China: 1) Those with high requirements – CNNC Su Valve, Kaifeng High Pressure; 2) Those with moderate requirements – Shanghai Zhongya, Lanzhou High Pressure, Fujian Sanming
Lanzhou High-Pressure Valves, Suzhou Newway Valves, Zheng Die; there are many valve manufacturers in Wenzhou, Zhejiang. Some of the more well-known ones include Wuzhou Valves and Zhejiang Petrochemical Valves.
The quality of the valves determines their price, and at the same time, the price is also influenced by the quality. Generally, a valve manufacturer specializes in producing just one or two types of valves; most of the other types are sourced from external suppliers
Valves used in the chemical industry are subject to strict requirements, as they need to have good corrosion resistance. Currently, there is a new domestic manufacturer, but it mainly produces valves for power plants; fewer valves of this type are manufactured for the chemical industry. That manufacturer is Xi’an Qinshen, and it focuses on control valves rather than gate valves, although it does produce steam traps. This post was last edited by lucheng_200 on 2009-4-7 14:42]

Tanggu in Tianjin, and a few places in Jiangsu are also okay
Universal Langao is pretty good.
Our company supplies imported control valves; I wonder if they might be useful to you?
Manufacturers produce valves in almost every province. However, the process requirements vary depending on the intended use. It is best to choose a manufacturer by referring to the practices of other peers based on your own process requirements. Manufacturers generally invest effort in developing specialized products tailored to their key customers. Although the working principle remains the same, specific process improvements enhance the efficiency of these valves, while also offering a better cost-performance ratio. It’s the same when buying anything: don’t buy the most expensive ones, just choose those that suit you. It’s not necessary to blindly buy products from large companies; it’s a waste of money. Of course, except in cases where the leader insists strongly. :lol
