Location of metering instruments on gas or steam pipelines: Should the metering instruments for gas or steam pipelines be placed at the user’s end or at the supplier’s outlet end? I’m referring to the situation where there is only one user.
It should be on the client side; I’m not sure, but everything I’ve seen is located on the client side
Which side are you on? The supplier wants to place it at its export end, while the user wants to have it at their end; it mainly comes down to determining who is responsible for any losses in the pipeline
