1 A new chemical project is in the design phase; for certain reasons, the range of specialized services available is not comprehensive, and some tasks may need to be outsourced. I specialize in equipment; since it’s a chemical processing project, the safety of the production lines is of utmost importance, but currently there are no professionals in charge of safety matters. May I ask whether safety issues related to the production line need to be considered during the design phase, or is only the safety of the equipment sufficient? 2. Is the equipment selection done after the process technology is determined, during the equipment selection phase? 3. For pressure vessels, were they manufactured in accordance with the drawings from a design institute qualified to handle pressure vessel projects? 4. What are the tasks involved in the equipment specialty during the installation phase? Please share your experiences above. Thank you!
