Is a screw-type chiller better or a piston-type one?

Our company is looking to purchase a chilled water chiller with a capacity of 300,000 BTU. I would like to ask everyone: is it better to use a screw-type compressor or a piston-type compressor at present? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each of them? Screw compressors and piston compressors each have their own advantages. Screw compressors are more modern, consume roughly the same amount of electricity, and have a lower failure rate. Piston compressors are generally used for small applications, while screw or piston compressors are used for medium-sized applications; centrifugal compressors are used for large-scale applications. For a unit with a capacity of 300,000 kcal, it is advisable to use a screw compressor.
I recommend using screw types, as they provide stable flow rates, the male and female rotors do not come into direct contact, resulting in a long service life. The flow rate is also steady and uniform, and such systems are easy to operate. The problem lies with the plunger, the crankshaft, and the eccentric wheel; there’s an issue with the piston as well
