11. Why is X-1104A/B added after X-1102A/B/C/D at the S-1103 outlet? During normal operation, does X-1104A go to V1201A or B? If it goes to B, it is so that when a problem occurs in a coal transfer system and a short shutdown is necessary, the coal grinding system associated with that system as well as the two burners in the gasifier also shut down. This is done to ensure that coal powder from two of the four discharge cones in S-1103 can be smoothly transferred to those in the operating system, thereby preventing high levels of material in those two discharge cones from causing serious operational problems such as the inability of the entire S-1103 to function properly and resulting in a forced shutdown It is still better to use Line A; when there are problems with the coal grinding system on Line B, the coal powder in these two discharge cones can be smoothly transferred to Line B’s conveying system, allowing units 12 on Line B as well as the four burners in the gasifier to continue operating, without the need to shut down the two burners associated with Line B. In that case, a shut-off valve needs to be added under S-1103, so that these two systems can be safely isolated during maintenance of the coal grinding system.
