Clogged nozzles have occurred in our factory, and the main reasons are as follows: 1. The washing water is too dirty; in order to achieve zero wastewater discharge, clear water is used as washing water, but the clarification process is not effective, leaving the water dirty. 2. If the amount of water used for washing is too small or none at all, over time dust in the dry air will cause scarring that blocks the nozzles.
