By chance, I attended a lecture given by a health professor from Peking University on topics related to human health, and there are a few points I would like to share with you: first, aerobic exercise; second, physical and mental health; third, eating a handful of vegetables, a handful of beans, an egg, and some meat every day. If one can follow these guidelines, they will gradually age to death rather than dying from illness. I hope that everyone who is working can get along well with everyone else in the company – being kind to others is also good for oneself. With smooth work, a harmonious family life, and good physical and mental health, everything will be wonderful.
What is aerobic exercise? Aerobic exercise, also known as aerobic metabolic exercise, is, as the name suggests, exercise performed in a state of aerobic metabolism. In other words, during physical activity, the oxygen inhaled by the body is equal to its needs, achieving a state of physiological balance. What are aerobic exercises? They are generally exercises that last for a longer period of time (about 15 minutes or more), with an intensity that is moderate or above. Jumping rope, moving side to side, jogging, and brisk walking all fall under the category of aerobic exercises. The benefits of aerobic exercise lie in the fact that regular endurance training provides thorough and effective stimulation to the heart (the circulatory system) and lungs (the respiratory system), improving their function. This, in turn, ensures that all tissues and organs in the body receive an adequate supply of oxygen and nutrients, allowing them to maintain optimal functional conditions.
