Could everyone help me figure out this issue? For a container with a nominal diameter of only DN325, a ring is generally not used for its cylinder body; instead, a seamless steel pipe with a diameter of Ф325 is used as the cylinder body. Is the process for manufacturing this cylinder very simple? Is it enough just to lay down the material? Are physical and chemical tests needed, or something like that? Thank you all! !
If you weld directly using a pipe, there are no longitudinal seams, so no test plates are needed, and no physical or chemical tests are required.
