For painting workshops that emit waste gases such as toluene, what is the required air extraction volume? Is it determined based on the number of kilograms of toluene emitted per hour of production, in order to dilute it to a safe concentration within the workshop? Should I simply choose the exhaust fan based on the air exchange rate?
