The large furnace door sealing cover consists of: a pressure-equalizing sealing cover body, a support frame, a pushing mechanism, and a guiding mechanism. It makes close contact with the end face of the furnace column during operation, and by making full use of its structural features, it disperses the pressure generated at the edge of the shield by the coal-loading smoke, while concentrating the atmospheric pressure outside the shield; this in turn traps the coal-loading smoke inside the shield. Installation location: At the front end of the existing coal loader media support frame. Purpose: During the coal loading process, it ensures that coal briquettes can pass through smoothly while effectively restricting the amount of air that enters the furnace along with the coal briquettes, thereby minimizing the generation of smoke during coal loading. At the same time, this furnace chamber is turned into a more airtight space, thereby enhancing the smoke-guiding effect caused by the negative pressure generated by the high-pressure ammonia water spray in the rising pipe of this furnace chamber. Installed at the front end of the bracket holding the car carrier plate – is it when coal is fed into the carbonization chamber that the sealing cover closes off the furnace door? Before loading coal, the sealing device is extended first, and then coal is loaded. It’s essentially a frame that forms a seal by resting against the furnace columns on both sides of the carbonization chamber. Although we have this device, its effectiveness is poor, so it’s not useful
