Does anyone know what material the three temperature measuring point casings of the coke oven gas to methanol reformer are made of?
Generally, 0Cr25Ni20 material is used.
May I ask what type of welding rod you use to weld the casing upstairs?
The 214 material from Beijing Steel Research Institute, the welding rods will be distributed next time, and they are currently outside.
You can check the standard JB/T4709-2000. It has detailed instructions above. The 214 material pipe is provided by Beijing Steel Research Institute, so the welding materials are generally provided by them.
We are made of 0Cr25Ni20 material
Our reformer originally used 0Cr25Ni20, but after it burned out last time, it was replaced with 2Cr25Ni20. It still burned out. Finally, it was replaced with GH3039, which is more resistant to 100 degrees higher than 0Cr25Ni20.
It is made of 0Cr25Ni20 material. Please pay special attention to this material. If you make a mistake, it will break within a few days of use.
The welding rod model is A402, produced by Tianjin Bridge. Beijing Steel Research Institute 214 material is an improved material on 2520.
