What type of flow meter should be used below the dripping tank?

For preparing the next product in production, it is necessary to measure the amount of a certain raw material that needs to be added gradually; the addition rate is around 300 L per hour. I am not very familiar with flow measurement devices, and I’m wondering whether a cheap rotor flow meter would work. If not, are there any suitable alternatives that are still inexpensive? Thank you!
A regular glass rotameter will do; there’s no need to use one of higher quality
Dosing equipment: continuous dripping or intermittent? If it’s about continuously considering the metering pump, then as for the flowmeter rotor, that’s fine
