What are the specific tasks involved in plan control? The scope of planning work varies across different industries. Is it a plan for an engineering project? Is it still the construction party?
I am currently involved in project planning and control as well, but I work for the client side. I would like to recommend a few standards; I’m not sure if they will be suitable for your needs. The first one is the \"Code for Construction Project Supervision\" GB 50319-2000. The second one is GB/T 50326-2006, the \"Code for Construction Project Management\". Additionally, you can consider obtaining a constructor’s certification; once you have that, you’ll have a good understanding of construction projects. After that, you can take the exam to become a supervision engineer, as there are specific guidelines regarding progress, quality, and other aspects of control. This is how I learned the skills, and I hope it can be useful to you.
It is recommended to read books on project construction supervision and the constructor examination; these books provide a fairly thorough explanation of knowledge related to project schedule control.
