Are there 1/4\" US standard SPW gaskets?

According to the ASME B16.5 standard, the flange size range is 1/2\"~24, with the smallest size being 1/2\". Is the 1/4” gasket used for instruments? Are such metal wound gaskets available? According to ASME B16.20 as well, there is no 1/4\" wound gasket; a special part with custom dimensions should be made, with the technical specifications following B16.20
Also, can 1” 300# gaskets be used interchangeably with 600# gaskets? The sizes are exactly the same; I think they can be used interchangeably, but I don’t see any technical basis for this. I would appreciate some expert advice
