A 1-inch small tube, with two or three valves; it isn’t very long, so it’s necessary to install a support bracket
How long should it not be? Of course it’s necessary. The smaller the tubes, the more support they need, but this isn’t taken into account during design; a tube rack installation manual will be provided to resolve the issue on site
The tube supports are installed on-site; a diagram will suffice to illustrate this.
When the distance between the tubes is large, continuous supports must be installed; extra care should be taken when valves are present
It should be installed; the smaller the pipe diameter, the more necessary it is to install one, and it’s best to use a dedicated valve support.
Small pipelines lack sufficient strength; if they deform, it is better to add supports.
If the span of small pipes exceeds 3 meters, supports or hangers must be installed; otherwise, the pipes are prone to sagging. It not only affects aesthetics but also hinders safe operation.
