It is recommended that operators wear self-priming filter-type gas masks (full-face masks), rubber acid- and alkali-resistant clothing, and rubber acid- and alkali-resistant gloves. Stay away from sources of fire and heat; smoking is strictly prohibited in the workplace. Keep away from flammable and combustible materials. Prevent steam from leaking into the workplace air. Avoid contact with reducing agents, alkalis, and alkali metals. Handle with care during transportation to prevent damage to the packaging and containers. When storing concentrated sulfuric acid, its temperature must not be high

When concentrated sulfuric acid comes into contact with the skin, it is important not to rinse it with large amounts of water. First, dry the acid with a cloth before rinsing it with water, as diluting concentrated sulfuric acid releases a large amount of heat, which can easily cause burns to the skin.
When diluting, the acid should be poured into the water, and stirring must be continued constantly
