Could everyone please help recommend some manufacturers that can produce condensers for trichlorosilane and silicon tetrachloride? It would be ideal if they have experience in designing and manufacturing such condensers. Thank you!
What material is it made of? The titanium tube condensers we produce can do without it
It’s not just the heat exchanger; the refrigeration unit and control system also need to be considered together, that is, the entire system has to be taken into account.
The polysilicon industry? What we have done
What’s needed is to remove the heat generated by the reaction; in such cases, a plate-type heat exchanger will suffice. Circulating water is used as the cooling medium. Generally, heat exchanger manufacturers do not handle the entire system – every polysilicon factory uses one of these. It seems to be called a reduction furnace cooler; I’m not sure if that’s correct.
