What does the QHSE system include, and what materials are needed for certification? :lol
Is there no HSE system certification yet? I heard that only one company can do relevant certification?
General system certification requires similar materials, including management manuals, program documents and other third-level documents, such as operating procedures, original records, etc. Just refer to the corresponding certification standards.
Units applying for certification must clarify the contents of the QHSE system: 1. Q stands for quality, H stands for health, S stands for occupational health and safety, and E stands for environment. ; 2. QHSE management system documents include management manuals, program files, operation control documents, work instructions, and related records ;
The main materials required for QHSE management system certification include:: Management manuals, program files, three-tier documents (e.g.: Operation instructions, rules and regulations, records, etc.) Among them, applying for certification also requires a business license, relevant production license, safety production license, "3C" certification certificate, qualification certificate, enterprise code, and when applicable, external monitoring reports of major pollutants/main hazardous substances, such as environmental assessment, acceptance report, safety assessment, simultaneous acceptance report of the third construction project, etc.
