Questions regarding energy consumption prices

Those of you who have practical experience or know the relevant information – could anyone help me solve the following questions? What is the energy consumption per unit price for liquid ammonia? For -60 degrees Celsius, I found that it seems to be 2600 yuan per ton, but that figure seems a bit off. What about low-pressure steam at 158 degrees Celsius? It appears to be around 150 yuan per ton. Both values are expressed in kilowatt-hours per yuan. Thank you so much!:D :)
Energy consumption costs are related to local energy resources, and are primarily tied to coal and electricity prices. Here, steam is sold at around 180, while in areas less than 50 km away, the same steam costs 250+.
I only know the equivalent values and equivalents of energy consumption; is the price of energy consumption calculated based on this conversion? The equivalent values and equivalent amounts are also not fixed; they change along with fluctuations in coal prices
