Are the pipe supports for the pipes on the pipe tray placed right in the middle of the steel beam? If it is installed in the exact center, then due to thermal displacement during operation, it will no longer be in the center.
In the absence of stress or with low stress, it can be placed right in the middle of the steel beam. If stress is present, the length of the pipe support and its offset are determined based on the amount of displacement after calculation.
Thermal pipelines need to be offset based on the value of their thermal displacement; typically, the offset amount is half of the thermal displacement value, and the direction of the offset is opposite to that of the thermal displacement.
