The measures we took at that time were:: Because we do not have rich medium-pressure nitrogen, we use steam steaming and water washing. Steam first, steam pipeline 150, pressure 1.2, steam for 1 hour. At this time, be sure to check the pipeline expansion. If the expansion is too large, stop it in time, and then flush it with water. Wash it twice (subject to passing the test here), and finally introduce a small amount of steam (it is best to introduce nitrogen here) to ensure a slight positive pressure in the pipeline, and then start the operation. During the operation, continue to detect the emerging steam, and stop the alarm in time if it is found. It is difficult to take measures if the pipeline is too thick, so be careful! Steam purge and cook for 4 hours. Our 150 fuel gas pipeline here needs to be ignited. Nitrogen purge the line for 12 hours. The gas analysis is qualified and the pipeline is ignited. There is no problem.
Purge with low pressure steam and then purge with nitrogen.
Gas lines are generally longer and thicker. The only way is to sweep the line with low-pressure steam in sections first. The pressure cannot be suppressed. After the line is heated, it is replaced with nitrogen. It is necessary to analyze several more points. There are many corrosives in the gas line, so be careful when using fire.
