The A-1302 oxygen pipeline and its vent valve do not have flow control valves. They are both two-position valves, but have high and low interlocks. If high and low alarms occur, how to deal with it to avoid the situation where ignition is required but the conditions may not be met?
The fuel diesel and oxygen of this burner are mixed and atomized as soon as they enter the back end of the burner, and are basically added at the same time. When the oxygen is sufficient first, the ratio between the two is adjusted, and the amount of diesel gradually increases. Since the flow rate of diesel and oxygen is constant, and the diesel pressure is 5 Bar higher than the oxygen pressure, the oxygen can be automatically reduced. That is, the addition and subtraction of oxygen is achieved through the subtraction and subtraction of diesel.
The oxygen pipeline of the start-up burner has a flow meter display. During actual operation, the start-up burner shows oil inflow. After the back pressure of the burner reaches a certain value (generally required >4.0Mpa), the amount of oxygen inlet is adjusted according to the oxygen-oil ratio. If the oxygen-oil ratio is too high, the burner is in danger of burning out. If the oxygen-oil ratio is too low, the start-up burner will not light because of the system chain.
After the burner back pressure is adjusted, the oxygen flow rate is constant. If an alarm occurs in your oxygen flow rate, it can only mean that there is a problem with your upstream air separation oxygen system. After this problem is solved, it will not appear during the pure start-up process of the burner, but in the subsequent oxygen leakage test, attention should be paid to the fluctuation of oxygen.
