How many meters should the distance between the incinerator and the road be?

I checked the design fire protection codes for petrochemical enterprises, but they do not specify the distance between fires and roads. Just say “The product transportation routes should be located outside areas at risk of fire and explosion.” I would like to ask: Which specific regulation and which article specify the distance between incinerators and roads (road sides)?
There’s no explicit requirement; as long as the operational requirements are met, it’s fine
