Turbulence is relatively more prevalent
What is desired is complete turbulence, as flow efficiency is higher in this regime, and flow measurement is also more accurate.
What was said on the 4th floor about \"higher flow efficiency in a fully turbulent flow regime\" seems incorrect; in fact, the resistance loss should be greater, as the velocity is higher. In fluid machinery, there are also components known as laminar flow blades, which are used to reduce flow losses.
