The company’s container products are often heavily criticized by clients for their surface quality, which has left the management very annoyed. The management ordered our technical staff to develop guidelines for determining the quality grade of a product’s appearance. These guidelines involve classifying the appearance quality of products into three grades – A, B, and C – based on factors such as the project and the client.
