How to discuss it? Each one is a manuscript with so many pages
In fact, the technical specifications are overly complex and cumbersome technical requirements established by CNPC and Sinopec. Buy mature products – it’s sufficient to have clear information on the model, specifications, material, manufacturing requirements, testing requirements, media it can operate in, standards it complies with, and the environment in which it will be used. I’ve been researching it recently as well; it seems there are just a few templates that everyone copies from, and even after careful study, errors still remain.

Well, I actually think the same way – many of these technical aspects can only be developed by the manufacturers. It’s necessary for the manufacturers and the clients to communicate with each other; the specifications prepared internally are used by the clients to issue tenders and place orders with the manufacturers, thereby holding them accountable. There are many things that even we ourselves don’t fully understand, which is quite frustrating.
It’s frustrating – the technical specifications are written like a tender document~~ Can’t they be made simpler? It doesn’t work either if the design drawings provide the relevant parameters! !
