The Process Engineering Area is one of the core areas of Haichuan; the former supervisor was no longer appointed to that role due to work commitments in the deep-sea sector. The responsibility of a section leader is to manage and develop their respective section effectively, as well as handle tasks related to assigning moderators. As a section leader, one needs to have a broad perspective and strong coordination skills, and use their own methods to build a team that is suitable for that section. Consider forum affairs from the perspective of the forum, without undermining team unity. Basic requirements: 1. A formal moderator for more than three months with positive performance (those who have been formal moderators for more than three months in the past and whose names I can recall are also eligible). 2. Have a team spirit and be broad-minded. 3. Professionals in the field of chemical process engineering. 4. Ensure a certain amount of online time per day. 5. Love forums and be eager to help others. --------------------------------------- Those who meet the requirements and are interested in this position should contact the cleaner via private message, introducing themselves and mentioning their plans for the development of this area. Around 1 week later, a cleaner is selected after consultation with Chao Ban based on the number of applicants. There are many excellent moderators in the crafting area, so a voluntary application system is quite suitable. I want to sign up, but I can’t access the internet during working hours; I’m only able to use it after work, and it’s likely that I won’t be able to spend more than 90 hours online per month. It can basically be guaranteed to work for about 30 hours without any issues. Additionally, I think it is necessary to adopt the evaluation system for the mechanical area as soon as possible, and also to strengthen the comprehensive guidance and management of various moderators and official moderators. Real-time greetings and real-time guidance are not necessary; a few brief reminders 2-3 times a month are sufficient. The evaluation formula for moderators should also include a coefficient for irregular posts and a coefficient for participating in quality discussions.

I was unable to access Shanghai Chuan throughout the day today. When I got home in the evening and turned on my computer, I saw news even worse than being unable to access the forum: another capable leader from our community has left (to be precise, they have stepped down from their position).
